As Customer Service Advisor you will take a consultative approach to your own dedicated client base. Your role will include the following:
*Managing client accounts - renewals, invoicing, quotes, products etc
*Dealing with queries, understanding your clients requirements to offer the best possible solutions
*You will receive full, intensive training to become an expert in your field, allowing you to support and advise your clients
*This role is all about account management and service delivery, so you will be building long-term relationships while implementing business plans and goals, developing additional business and identifying account retention strategies
To be successful in this Customer Service Advisor role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve and work under pressure. You will also need to be highly organised and able to multi-task!
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor position based in Worcester, working Monday to Friday.
