The Company

An established and leading Worcestershire manufacturer with a great tradition of supplying a quality range of popular products to the UK market. All their products are manufactured on site in Worcestershire.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor you will work as part of a very busy Customer Service team, dealing with a high volume of both telephone and email enquiries, communicating directly with customers. A confident and professional telephone manner is required as is the ability to deal with a busy workload and customer demands.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service telephone & email enquiries, with agents or directly with customers.
  • General office admin, filing, scanning and any office administration needs.
  • Procurement & distribution of brochures and marketing material / point of sale using various courier methods.
  • Booking hotels for fitting staff.
  • Opening & distributing post into the business.
  • Distributing customer order acknowledgements, notification of deliveries and any other relevant documents.
  • After sales support with customers.
  • Quotes for bespoke enquiries.

Requirements

  • Previous telephone customer service experience preferred.
  • Confident communicator, good telephone manner.
  • Good computer and administration skills.
  • Ideally GCSE Maths and English grade C or above.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment.

Benefits

Salary based on experience.

Based Near Bewdley, Worcestershire.

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm.

MUST have own transport due to rural location.
