Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Are you looking for a customer service role where:

As a successful Customer Service Co-ordinator you will be required to:

*Respond to a high volume of email enquiries on a daily basis
* Respond to a high volume of incoming phone calls and act as a first point of contact for all customers
* Liaise with all team members to ensure customer queries are passed onto the relevant department
* Deal with customer order issues, complaints and queries
* Assist in managing website enquiries

To be considered for this Customer Service Co-Ordinator role you must:

*Have experience working in a B2C sales environment
*Have experience of dealing with a high volume of emails and phone call enquiries on a daily basis
* Demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks
* Be highly self-motivated
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, telephone and face to face)
* Work well within a team
* Be methodical and organised
* Hold a full driving license and own transportation

This role is based in Worcester, with an immediate start and offers a salary of c18K depending on experience.
