Customer service Administrator

We are looking for a customer service administrator who is available immediately to join our well-established client in Malvern, Worcestershire on an ongoing temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the right individual. This role involves providing administration to the customer service team.

Duties:

  • Admin duties
  • Processing of orders and preparing invoices
  • Ordering and replenishing stock
  • Arranging customer support meetings
  • Preparing quotations
  • Emailing
  • Clearing down work orders

Requirements:

  • Administration experience essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: £10 - £13 per hour 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday 9-5
