As a successful Customer Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
*Action as a Front Of House for the company's site
*Building relationships face to face with tenants and contractors
*Following processes to resolve customer queries and complaints over the phone, in person and via tenant portal functions
*Providing excellent customer service to tenants over the phone and face to face
*Escalation of customer service and building issues to managers
*Coordination of maintenance requests
For this Customer Service Coordinator role the following skills and experience are essential:
*Experience working in a customer facing, reception or front of house commercial, retail or hospitality role
*Excellent organisational skills
*Demonstration of pragmatism, teamwork and a willingness to learn
*Confidence in escalating customer service issues.
*A full driving license and own transportation
