This busy Customer Service Executive position is the first point of contact for customers, and requires the team to effectively manage the day to day ordering, shipping, billing and query process. It is essential that an exceptional level of customer service is demonstrated at all times - previous experience in a similar position is essential.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Cultivate brilliant customer relationships, getting to know and understand customer needs and challenges in order to support the goal of becoming the supplier of choice;
*Be the single point of contact for customers and take ownership of all issues, managing them to a timely and effective resolution, and escalating them where necessary;
*Own all communication with the customer in relation to orders, deliveries, stock management and prices
*Engage with Sales colleagues appropriately to ensure the customer experience is
*Oversee the delivery of product category re-designs
*Actively manage customer invoice queries
It is essential that applicants have worked in a busy, commercial customer service role previously.

*An ability to prioritise workload
*Strong Microsoft Office skills (SAP advantageous)
