Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for an experienced customer service advisor who is available to join our well-established client in Shelsley Walsh (near Great Witley)Worcestershire on a temporary - permanent ongoing basis. This role involves being the first point of contact for all customers and is an ideal opportunity for someone who is ready for their next step in their career in administration.

Start date: Immediately


  • Administration duties to include online data entry of orders, email enquiries and website queries.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Directing calls to the relevant person
  • Delivery and product enquiries
  • Hands on in the warehouse and can be of assistance with product assembly

Pay: £9 - 9.50 per hour

This is a full time temporary office position based in the Worcestershire area. The successful candidate must be available immediately. This is an ongoing temp role with the intention to go permanent!
