My Worcester based client, who pride themselves on the levels of customer service they provide, are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their growing team.
As Customer Service Officer, you need to have excellent customer service skills with proven experience of investigating and resolving queries and complaints. Your role includes:
*Investigating complaints in line with timescales and deadlines
*Liaise with colleagues in the investigation and resolution process
*Liaising with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of the complaint and feeding outcome and resolution information back to them
*Being a customer service champion, ensuring learning is identified from complaints and improvements are implemented as a result
You must have previous experience of Complaints Handling and dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a fast paced environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
You must be a team player and immediately available.
This is a full-time Customer Service Officer position based in Worcester. Easily commutable from Malvern, Worcester, Droitwich, Stourport and Hartlebury.
