Customer Service Operative

We have a new temp, ongoing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Operative to join a well-established business in the Kidderminster area.

Duties (not limited to):

• Dealing with curriers over phone, face to face and via email
• First point of contact for incoming calls to the office
• Assisting with warehouse queries and finding orders
• Updating databases

The right person for this role should:

• Be confident and professional when speaking to clients over the phone and face to face
• Have previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service role
• Show excellent time management and organisation skills
• Highly motivated and diverse to work in the office and actively help in the warehouse with queries and stock enquiries.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9am-6pm

Pay:

£8.91 per hour
