The Role

This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

This Customer Service Representative (Italian / Spanish Speaking) role is a fantastic opportunity for any customer focussed professionals looking to work with an international organisation whilst utilising their Italian and / or Spanish language skills. It is essential that you are able to speak, read and write Italian and / or Spanish fluently and ideally you will already have some office based customer service experience. You will be providing timely and efficient solutions for customers by offering a world class service in a fast paced team environment.

Customer Service Representative (Italian / Spanish Speaking) Responsibilities:

Respond to and process requests from customers and Account Managers.
Answer incoming calls, dealing with any queries.
Process customer orders, quotations and requests for samples.
Deal with incoming email enquiries.
Develop relationships with key customers, promoting the products and services offered.
Follow up on quotations and sample requests.
Provide technical assistance to customers.
Provide support to Regional Sales Team, Marketing and Business Management Teams.
Keep all customers records updated and accurate.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English AND Italian and / or Spanish.
Previous customer service experience essential, preferably in a multi-national organisation.
Proven ability to resolve complex customer requests.
The ability to multi-task in a fast paced office environment.
Confident and polite telephone manner.

£23,000 to £25,000 annual salary.

Based in Worcester.

Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
