Customer Service Specialist
My client is looking for an articulate and pragmatic team player to join their Customer Service team.
Your role will involve taking confident ownership of Key Customers requirements from receipt of order, conception of artwork, production planning and through to delivery of finished goods.

Your duties will include (but not be limited to)…
*Ensures high standards of service and customer support
*Develops positive relationships with customers, seeks and utilizes business opportunities.
*Attend to and follow up on customer enquiries and requests.
*Responsible for the execution of orders according to customer's standards.
*Effective working with the sales team.
*Proactive approach to sales orders / forecasts.
*Supervision of customer claims
*Seeks to implement department main KPI's and individual objectives.
*Monitors and reports on customer sales forecasts.
*Responsible for the maintenance of FG level & aged stock.
*Supports the coordination of new products
*Participates in print approvals.
*Participates in projects connected to optimization and savings.
*Participates in self-improvement process and continuous development of the company.
*Trains and supports the implementation of new employees.
*Monitor delivery schedules and co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.
*Carry out service failure/investigation and ensure corrective and preventative actions are in place.
*Work with the Sales Team to achieve Budgeted Sales for the Customer
*Review current sales against historical sales.
*Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
*Develop encourage supply chain with key customers
*Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required

Your skills and experience will include…

*Previous experience in logistics/supply chain and/or customer services
*Good working knowledge of SAP
*IT Literate - good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other business systems
*Strong numeracy and analytical skills
