Customer Services (Office based)

With 'hands on' training and continual support and development, you will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and be involve with all aspects of the process including logistics and sales order processing.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Regularly liaising with customers on phone and email
- Receiving and processing orders within a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining customer contact and relationships and managing expectations
- Managing the order process including liaising with cold stores, hauliers and customers on a daily basis
- Trouble shooting and resolving issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Completing orders, raising invoices and checking on any credit issues
- Completing weekly stock reconciliations
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
Key skills and attributes:
- Previous experience within an office based customer service role
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
- An ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- An excellent team player who is motivated and driven
Based in Malvern, this role is office based (Monday- Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm) with a salary up to £22.5k
