1st Line Support/Customer Support Advisor

My Client are a leading UK IT company with a reputation for great design and usability. They are looking for someone to join their growing team.

As a successful Customer Support Advisor/ 1st line support advisor you will be responsible for:

* Providing 5-star customer service, technical support and sales support via LiveChat, phone and email
* Working towards personal and team targets for customer service and sales
* Troubleshooting and fixing a wide range of software-based technical issues
* Handling all types of customers and escalating their issue if you can't resolve it

A successful Customer Support Advisor/ 1st line support advisor will have experience in:

* Troubleshooting and problem-solving
* High-volume helpdesk/call centre environment
* Call-logging and ticketing
* Previous tech support role

This role as a 1st line support advisor is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. A shift pattern is in place to cover a 7-day working week with shifts from 0800-1630, 0900-1730, 11:30 - 20:00 and 1330-2200. Based in Worcester
