A new fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client based in Hereford as a Customer Support Engineer. As a Customer Support Engineer you will be supporting customers across a technical product range using an engineering background to assist with fault diagnosis and repair.
As a Customer Support Engineer your duties will include:
*Supporting customers with using products through training and fault finding issues.
*Customer support via, phone, email, test report and manuals.
*Providing feedback to engineering on reoccurring faults and potential improvements.
*Escalating issues and tracking the resolutions of customer problems.
*Assist in the development and production of customer manuals.
*Support with commissioning, installation and training with customers on site.
As a Customer Support Engineer you will need previous experience and skills, including:
*Degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics or similar discipline.
*Understanding of electronics, digital and analogue.
*Problem solving skills.
*Capable of providing high quality customer service.
*Use of Microsoft suite: Word, Excel and Outlook.
The role of Customer Support Engineer is based in Hereford and commutable from: Hereford, Ledbury, Leominster, Malvern, Newport, Bristol, Worcester, Ross-on-wye, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham.
