Our client is looking for a Cut & Fold Line Leader to join their existing team, working on bespoke, made to measure products for the manufacturing sector.

This role is a Working Lead role and so working as part of the team is essential. In return, our client offers competitive salary and a secure position in well-established company.

Cut & Fold Line Leader Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, prioritising and distributing work between Operatives, whilst also operating the machinery to support achievement of team targets
• Quality checks
• Supporting Production Lead and escalating any issues
• Adhering to H&S at all times, ensuring the whole production is safe and organised
• Training new staff
• Meeting tight deadlines to agreed Standard times

Cut & Fold Line Leader Requirements:

• Experience in factory environment
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with other team members
• Ability to train other team members in appropriate skills
• Experience in some management is advantageous, however this role could suit a candidate who is looking to progress their current career

This Cut & Fold Line Leader opportunity is based in Kidderminster and is commutable from Worcester, Stourbridge, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Bridgnorth and Tenbury Wells.
