Our client is a well-established, global, manufacturer and exporter of spraying equipment with UK office based in Bromyard. They are currently looking for a Design Engineer, offering competitive salary and the potential of personal growth in future.

This Design Engineer position requires a qualified professional who has the ability to create a new product from concept to production. The client is happy to consider wide pool of applicants as long as you have some working experience in design, are a self-starter and a good problem solver.

This role involves some overseas travel, otherwise is based in Bromyard office.

Design Engineer Responsibilities:

• Creation of new product designs from concept stage to production
• Development and testing of prototypes
• Specification and sourcing of materials and components
• Preparation of technical drawings and manuals

Design Engineer Requirements:

• Engineering design background
• In depth knowledge of 3D CAD Design, preferably Solidworks
• Degree level education
• Knowledge of manufacturing process, fabrication, and techniques
• Experience in electronics, electrical and plastic injection is advantageous
