My client are a leading smaller cyber security software development consultancy, looking for 2 DV cleared Java Developers to join their growing team as they have secured project work across Cheltenham and London to work on Cyber Security Software projects.
As a successful Java Developer you will be responsible for:
*Helping to deliver bespoke software solutions as part of an agile team
*Work on existing products
*New product development
*Designing new features and fixing issues
*Software development (primarily in Java)
*Updating and writing documentation
*Working on site in various locations around the UK including Cheltenham and London (project based)
As a Java Developer you will have experience in:
*Object Oriented Programming (some understanding of Python and/or C++ would be useful)
*Demonstrable experience with Java
*Agile software delivery
*Atlassian products (jira, confluence, Bamboo etc)
*Front end development
*Back end development
This role offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum is located in Malvern and is easily commutable from the train station but is generally commutable from Kidderminster, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester, Ledbury, Evesham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Bewdley, Droitwich Spa and Pershore.
To reiterate, you should be happy to work from sites across Cheltenham and London. If you are based in either of these locations it would be beneficial but you should also be happy to travel on occasion to Malvern
