Are you a creative and technical marketing professional who is confident in supporting and driving campaigns focused on the execution of Marketing Automation platform (MAP)?
The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for looking after the customer lifecycle and will be heavily supporting all events and promotions. It will be key to demonstrate confident knowledge of email best practices including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging and deliverability as well as segmentation and list building.
Some of the key duties and responsibilities for the Email Marketing Executive will include:
*Managing global email nurturing marketing programmes end to end including scheduling, planning, design and reporting optimisation
*Creating emails and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
*Working with cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute data driven email campaigns and deliver highly targeted / segmented marketing programmes
*Creating reporting dashboards and reports to provide actionable recommendations to continuous improvements
*Staying current with marketing best practices, strategies and industry standards
The Email Marketing Executive will be a key support and work with all product lines and territories across this global business. Working within the brand guidelines and existing templates, it is essential that a creative as well as technical level of expertise is demonstrated.
Key skills and experience required for the Email Marketing Executive include:
*Level of marketing experience (flexible)
*Experience in demand creation activities such as email, trade shows and event marketing
*An excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability and sender reputation
*Used to the full suite of customer lifecycle management
*Experience with MAP / CRM and other business systems
The Email Marketing Executive will have ideally have:
*A recognised Marketing qualification
*MAP and CRM system use
*HTML skills as well as knowledge of Marketing best practice
