Kidderminster | Office Based
Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
£19.85 per hour

We're recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a respected membership organisation, providing expert advice and support to members on a range of workplace and employment matters.

The Role

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll manage a varied caseload and provide practical guidance on employee relations issues, helping members navigate workplace challenges confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and workplace cases from enquiry to resolution
  • Provide advice via telephone, email and online channels
  • Support with disciplinary, grievance and workplace conduct matters
  • Investigate issues and recommend appropriate action
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records
  • Research employment legislation and best practice
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the case journey

What We're Looking For

Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Employee Relations
  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Employment Law
  • HR Advisory
  • Case Management
  • Legal Support
  • Trade Union or Membership Services
You'll also have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • A professional and empathetic approach
