To assist the President and members of the Leadership Team in carrying out their roles by organising diaries, travel, meetings, events, sales support and other administrative work. The Executive Assistant must remain highly professional at all times and handle confidential matters discretely.
Arrange domestic & international travel, accommodation & transport arrangements for members of the leadership team.
Responsible for preparing & producing documentation, reports, agendas & presentations for the President and Finance Director.
Carry out HR administrative tasks as necessary for the European business.
Organise and manage meetings & events
Support the sales teams planning & administration
Monitor meeting & conference costs & source the most cost effective options
Project management as required by the President.
Organise & manage complex diaries.
All administration support to the President.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in an executive working environment.
Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good typing speed.
Analytical skills including research relating to key activities.
Excellent relationship management, time management and organisational skills.
Preparation of professional documents.
Experience of problem solving using initiative, persuasion and influencing skills.
Ideally graduate level education
Based in Rugby, Warwickshire
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
£25,000 basic salary, Life Assurance, Contributory Pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
