If you consider yourself to be an exceptional Administrator who can demonstrate key skills in planning, analysing and compliance as well as understanding export and international trade, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious international organisation.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Monitoring the collection of all necessary documentation for new machine sales to ensure machine shipment
*Providing advice for departments on commodity codes, export classification, and import/export compliance
*Processing used machine registrations for all UK made machines globally and assisting other factories with movements involving European territory
*Collecting and analysing data from suppliers for preferential origin, export classifications and commodity codes to input into internal systems and aid with imports / exports
*Enhancing and maintaining the data in systems to capture export records for physical and intangible transfers from the UK
Applying customs knowledge, this is a strategic export controlled position. You will need to demonstrate the following:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*A good team player - both within the export team and with other internal departments
As the Export Control Administrator you will have worked within a compliance role and understand the importance of detailed processes required within Export administration.
With a salary of up to £23k, this role is based in Worcester and is initially a 12 month maternity position.
