Finance Administrator

Part time Office Working in Worcester

Temporary Contact for 3 months ongoing with an immediate start

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour - weekly pay

Working in various departments across the business, liaising and coordinating with internal teams by jumping in and helping out where required. If you are confident, versatile, organised with strong attention to detail, this role will be suitable for you.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administration duties
  • Financial and HR orientated administration duties
  • Data entry
  • Assist in enquiries about membership
  • Working with marketing, finance and HR, offering assistance where needed
  • Act as PA to the Director
  • Schedule/planning the diary and arranging meetings and events

FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Microsoft Office confident
  • Can be diverse and flexible
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Financial administration experience is desired
  • Problem solving/analysis
  • Communication
  • Cooperation and team-working
  • Attention to detail and highly motivated

30 Hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08:30am-4:30pm
