A privately owned Worcestershire business who specialise in manufacturing and contract installation work. Established since the mid 1970's they operate throughout the UK and in Europe and are continuing to grow.
Working from offices in Droitwich, you will report to the Managing Director and Financial Director forming part of a small Senior Management Team. With responsibility for all business finances, you will manage a small team of 3 as well as working closely with all other departments within the business.
Producing monthly management accounts.
Full P&L and balance sheet responsibilities.
Budgetary control and forecasting.
Maintaining the integrity of the financial ledgers.
Statutory accounts and VAT returns.
Maintaining accurate financial account records at all times.
Liaising with External Auditors.
Working closely with Operations to ensure financial best practice is adopted across the business.
Ensuring compliance within internal and external controls.
Ad Hoc reporting.
Previous significant experience in a similar role essential.
Capable of delivering management accounts.
ACMA, ACCA or ACMA qualified.
Knowledge of Pegasus Opera would be advantageous.
Experience of managing a small team would be beneficial.
Team player, good with people and a strong communicator.
Experience of working with Contractors advantageous.
£40,000 - £45,000 Annual Salary.
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with service).
Based in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
