German Speaking Claims Handler - Coventry £10.50phr

Joining us as a Claims Handler, you'll be there to provide claims handling to customers in relation to Home and Vehicle emergency assistance.

You'll have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on Integrity and trust. The role can be fast paced and a motivated and empathetic individual is required for a temporary 3-6 month contract.

How you'll make a difference:

• Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer
• Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers
• Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call so as to successfully complete every case
• Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels
• Support call handling activity in other areas during times of high demand

Start date: Immediately

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time Hours Monday - Friday 9-5.

This is a temporary contract for 3-6 months and located in Coventry CV1.

£10.50 per hour paid weekly
