My Malvern based client are looking for a Grants Assistant to work with them on a temporary, then fixed term basis.
As Grants Assistant, you will have varied responsibilities which include:
*General administration (filing, scanning, copying, archiving etc)
*Creating new beneficiary files and updating personal information and details
*Speaking to beneficiaries, dealing with potentially challenging situations
*Qualifying beneficiary information for further processing
To be successful in this Grants Assistant role you must be able to pick up new systems quickly, be a team player who is happy to muck in and do what needs to be done (from the more mundane tasks to providing excellent customer service), be a natural problem solver and customer focused. You also need to have strong computer skills, particularly MS Word and data entry (accuracy is key!).
This is a part-time requirement based in Malvern, working 21 hours per week supporting two case managers. Easily commutable from Stourport, Droitwich, Worcester, and Hereford.
