Reporting to the Group Head of HR, the HR Manager will support the ongoing design and delivery of the Group's HR strategy and manage business as usual HR activity in a true generalist capacity.

Partner closely with Group/Divisional Heads & Directors to ensure consistent implementation of HR practices across the whole business, and support the delivery of local operational projects from an HR point of view.
Provide comprehensive advice, support and guidance to Line Managers on all HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle, including managing ER cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and demonstrating best practice.
Lead the Group's approach to Recruitment & Selection activity from preparation of job adverts, to interviewing etc, focusing on candidate attraction and retention, driving consistency, process compliance and supporting Hiring Managers.
Support the effective On-boarding of all new starters into the business, ensuring the induction process is consistent, fit for purpose and Managers are supported throughout.
Support Learning and Development initiatives across the Group, to include the design and delivery of training to upskill Line Managers across all areas of People Management, and undertaking ongoing Training Needs Analysis.
Support the Group's approach to Reward and Recognition, to include informing the Performance Appraisal process, and Pay & Benefits structure as required.
Design, implement and periodically review HR policies and processes across the Group to ensure all are fit for purpose, legally compliant and effectively communicated.
Develop and own core HR Metrics to inform action planning across the Group as required, focusing on Attendance Management & Turnover.
Keep up to date with all new/revised UK and European employee legislation and regulations to ensure the Group remains compliant at all times.
HR Generalist with strong Employment Law knowledge

Able to think strategically, whilst recognising the need and being willing to drive and deliver operational and transactional activity 'hand on' due to the size and structure of the business Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
Good working knowledge of TUPE is desirable
Based Near Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
Salary £32.5k - £35k depending on experience.
