As the Head of Customer Support, it is essential that you are engaging and inspiring and can demonstrate that you are a natural relationship builder who will 'go the extra mile. Reporting into the Customer Operations Director, you will be overseeing a team of approximately 60 people.
Some key duties and responsibilities for this role will include (but not be limited to):
*Management of the Service Centre including support and development of the Service Centre management team
*Utilisation of resources in order to ensure world class customer service is delivered
*Ensuring KPI's are achieved and delivered
*Building relationships and working in collaboration with other teams and departments across the business
*Providing an escalation point for customer queries
*Acting as an inspirational and motivational leader
Skills and experience required for the Head of Customer Support:
*An open and approachable management style
*Previous experience in managing large, high performing teams
*An instigator of new ideas
*Customer focused and results orientated
*An exceptional communicator - bother verbal and written
*Excellent planning and organisational skills
*An ability to absorb, analyse and translate complex information
