This HR Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional. Ideally, you will already have some HR experience and have attained (or be currently studying towards) CIPD. You will be providing support to the wider HR team and have an involvement in all HR generalist administration from strategy to policies and processes and recruitment, personal records, communication and employee relations.
HR Administrator Responsibilities
Recruitment administration, dealing with application forms, posting vacancies, arranging interviews.
New starters, setting up induction plans to create a positive introduction to the company.
Keep track of staff work wear, updating spreadsheet & ensuring new staff are fully equipped on joining.
Keep the facility communication centre up to date with announcements & notices.
Create daily newsletter with up to date daily numbers & information.
Employee relations, assisting employees with basic queries.
Keep all personnel records up to date.
HR Administrator Requirements
Previous HR experience in a similar role / level.
Ideally CIPD qualified or currently studying towards CIPD.
Excellent all round administration and IT skills.
A strong and confident communicator.
Able to adapt to change and handle pressure.
£18,000 to £22,000 annual salary.
Based in Worcester.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
