HR Administrator

My client is seeking an administrator to work as part of the recruitment administrative team.

As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

*Making up job files for advertised posts.

*Uploading job vacancies to internal and external recruitment systems and websites.

*Downloading application forms and produce shortlisting packs for recruitment managers.

*Assisting with the production of interview schedules and paperwork relating to interview processes.

*Carrying out any other related administrative activities, as directed by the Recruitment Manager.

To be a successful HR Administrator you must have the following skills:

*Experience of providing administrative support in an office environment.

*Be confident in the use of IT including Microsoft Office packages.

*Ability to work to deadlines, prioritising tasks and liaising with colleagues as necessary to keep relevant parties informed of progress.

*Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The Hours of work are : Monday-Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:30 - 16:00

Rate of pay - £8.63 p/hr + holiday pay

This is temporary on going position based in Worcester easily commutable from Kidderminster, Stourport, Droitwich, Pershore and Malvern
