HR Advisor

If you are an experienced HR Advisor who thrives on working in a busy, 'hands on' environment, supporting and working with the HR Manager, this could be a fantastic opportunity to use your generalist skills and experience within a vibrant manufacturing environment.

This role is office based and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Some key duties and esponsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Providing advice and guidance on all disciplinary, attendance and conduct issues
  • Contributing to HR policy development and providing support to managers and supervisors on policies and processes
  • Updating and maintaining the HR systems
  • Administration of all contracts and changes in conditions
  • Responsibility for employee benefits
  • Maintaining all HR records
  • Dealing with recruitment, conduct and grievance cases
  • Any other duties required

Skills and experience required for the HR Advisor role:

  • CIPD qualified (ideally to level 5)
  • Experience in a busy, 'hands on' environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • A positive, proactive and resilient attitude
