The Role

Based from offices in Bromsgrove (currently with flexibility to work from home), you will be responsible to lead on and support all HR elements of acquisitions / TUPE activity from initial due diligence stage through to integration. In addition, you will provide HR advisory support to the Group in relation to employee matters and support the HR Manager in order to deliver the Group's strategic plan.

Due to the specific nature of this role, extensive experience of acquisitions / TUPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on & support HR elements of acquisitions / TUPE activity.
• Ensure legal & due diligence advice is provided & acted upon.
• Provide support on the migration of employees through project management & risk management.
• Ensure all TUPE legal requirements are met & ensure effective communications are in place.
• HR support on complex employee relations matters & performance management issues from end to end.
• Produce monthly board reports.
• Provide advice to staff & managers on policies, procedures & legislation.
• Support a range of HR projects & present information on a range of HR topics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner / Advisor role.
• Extensive acquisition / TUPE experience is essential.
• Experience of managing / advising on complex ER cases.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law & ACAS guidelines.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent preferable.

Monday to Friday full time between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
