This is a part time role, between 25 to 30 hours per week across a minimum of 4 days.
An experience HR professional is required for this newly created role, to provide the business with support as it continues to grow. The HR Officer will deal with day to day HR related enquiries and provide advice and guidance to Managers on employment issues, whilst also proving support to the HR Manager based at Head Office.
Administration of absence system.
Interface with payroll on joiners, leavers and employee changes.
Provide appropriate HR advice on key issues such as disciplinaries, grievances and employee health issues.
Ensuring legislation, policy and best practice guidelines are followed.
Support Managers in disciplinary, grievance and capability matters, including conducting investigations, attending hearings and taking appropriate notes.
Ensure HR records and procedures are up to date and correct.
Previous HR experience at a similar level is ESSENTIAL.
Excellent knowledge of employment law.
Experience of dealing with a wide range and volume of cases.
HR experience from within the care industry advantageous.
CIPD qualification beneficial but not essential.
Excellent all round administration and organisational skills.
A strong and confident communicator.
£25,000 - £27,000 annual salary (pro-rata).
Based near Stourbridge.
Own transport required.
Monday to Friday 25 to 30 hours per week (minimum of 4 days).
