A new temporary opportunity has arisen for an HR Systems administrator based in Malvern. This is a great company to work for - they have newly refurbished offices, on-site parking and they really care about the people who work for them.
The main purpose of this HR Systems Administrator role is HR system support and general HR administration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Ensuring HR systems are accurate and up to date at all times
*Being an HR system champion, providing support for all UK employees as required
*Assisting with system HR queries such as holiday bookings, clocking queries etc and ensuring accurate recordings
*Producing paperwork such as offer letters of employment, job descriptions, contracts of employment etc
*Organising and coordinating training and recording training on the HR Systems
*Providing access and support to end users of the HR systems
*Admin support for ad-hoc HR projects
To be successful in this HR Systems Administrator role, the ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards CPP or CIPD accreditation. Previous HR experience is advantageous. You must be confident working on systems, previous experience of using SAP HR would be preferable. Communication skills, attention to detail/accuracy and experience of working with confidential information are also required.
This is a temporary opportunity for an HR Systems Administrator, expected to be required for 1-2 months. This is a full time position based in Malvern, easily commutable from Malvern, Worcester, Droitwich, Stourport, Hartlebury, Bromsgrove and Hereford.
