Human Resources Manager

Our client is a forward thinking, hi-tech organisation who is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to implement HR policies and programmes within the organisation and support the Head of Business Services. As well as being responsible for staffing and recruiting activity, training, remuneration and benefits administration, the ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen and genuine enthusiasm in a growing company.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

*Managing complex employee relations casework
*Applying HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
*Advising managers on the terms and conditions of employment and advising on best practice
*Implementing a learning and development policy
*Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
*Advising on recruitment and selection strategies
*Carrying out new starter inductions
*Driving the alignment between HR strategy and business goals
*Supporting change management processes

This role would suit an innovative individual who has proven leadership skills and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application. As well as developing and supporting line managers through change, the Human resources Manager will also act as the 'right hand' person to the Head of Business Services.

Skills and experience required for the role:

*Proven experience in a fast paced, commercial environment
*CIPD qualified (ideally to level 7)
*Exceptional communication skills at all levels
*Excellent written, analytical and presentation skills with an ability to shape written solutions
*Experience in developing line managers through change
*A team player as well as an ability to work under own autonomy

Working within a highly technical environment with both UK and international customers, you will have experience of working on key projects be naturally driven and open to ongoing training and developing your own professional capabilities.

Our client is based in Malvern and offers a competitive salary of c£45k for a 40 hour week with excellent benefits. Occasional travel to other offices will be required.
A full UK government security vetting is essential for this position.
