Working with and supporting the UK HR team, the Human Resources Administrator will have an opportunity to cover HR administration, HR system support and general HR queries. The role lends itself to being part of a small, hands on team with an opportunity to develop and expand on existing knowledge. You will need to either have gained or be working towards CPP or CIPD accreditation and have previous experience of working within an HR environment.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Ensuring the HR systems are up to date at all times
*All general administration associated with HR
*Assisting with maintaining policies, procedures and guidelines
*Providing HR reports and other analytical data as and when required
*Supporting on staff welfare and wellness initiatives
*Supporting on all areas of employee resourcing administration
*Taking responsibility for training administration
*Working on and assisting with adhoc HR projects as required

Skills and experience:
*HR Administration experience ideally within a commercial environment
*Highly confident and adaptable at using systems
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Experience of working with confidential information
*Analytical with excellent attention to detail
*An excellent team player
*CPP or CIPD qualification (or working towards)
