Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their busy Finance Team on a temporary basis.

As an Income Administrator you will be:

*Inputting data including, receipts, bounced cheques, refunds and court costs
*Maintaining information relating to debtors paying by Direct debit and Standing orders
*Sending out DD/SO letters
*Adding new contact details to the Allpay website
*Setting up new contracts on the invoice system

As a successful Administrator you will also be:

*Dealing with incoming telephone calls and queries
*Carrying out general filling duties within the finance department
*Assisting the Finance Officer

This short term Administration assignment is based in Worcester however is commutable from Kiddermisnter, Stourport, Malvern, Pershore.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 17:00
Hourly Rate: £8.45p/hr + Holiday Allowance
