An Inside Sales Representative, fluent in Italian and Spanish, is required to join the Customer Services team of this international manufacturing business. The Inside Sales Representative will review unassigned leads and qualify leads, determining market designation and potential. The identification of future opportunities will be an important part of the role as well as the ability to nurture and manage leads.
Inside Sales Representative (fluent Italian & Spanish) Responsibilities:
*Manage unassigned leads & customers to increase & develop business opportunities.
*Improve market penetration via existing accounts, new account business through lead management process & prospecting new accounts.
*Identify, nurture & manage existing Inside Sales Accounts opportunities to drive growth.
*Identify trends in customer & market activity & feedback to the Sales & Marketing team for analysis & review.
*Provide technical support & world class customer service in a timely & efficient manner.
*Develop relationships with existing & potential customers by promoting products & services.
*Generate Vale Added Proposals.
*Lead product, process & application training for other team members.
Inside Sales Representative (fluent Italian & Spanish) Requirements:
*MUST be fluent in English, Italian & Spanish.
*Degree level education, preferably an Engineering or Technical Degree.
*Excellent communication & telephone skills, able to create rapport with customers.
*Must be computer literate.
*Team orientated, people orientated & a relationship builder.
*Goal orientated, ambitious, extremely motivated.
Competitive salary based on experience.
Based in Worcester.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
