About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a reputation for quality, innovation and customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their installation team with an experienced and motivated Installation Technician.

The Role

* Install specialist products at customer sites across the UK and Ireland
* Lead and supervise site labour to ensure installations are completed safely and to a high standard
* Support customers, dealers and distributors with product training and technical guidance
* Complete site documentation, reports and installation records
* Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained and organised
* Assist with product development and testing activities when required

Requirements

Essential:
* Previous mechanical fitting or installation experience
* Basic electrical or electronic knowledge
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Comfortable working at height and travelling extensively

Desirable:
* IPAF, PASMA or CSCS certification
* Experience leading small teams or subcontract labour
* Background in agricultural, construction, engineering or industrial environments
