Insurance Administration Assistant.
This is a great opportunity with a local, established and trusted Insurance Broker. You will be part of their small but exceptionally experienced team providing customer assistance on a range of personal lines insurance products to include private car, home and travel insurance.
You will need previous insurance industry experience, preferably dealing with similar personal lines insurance products.
- Customer service duties - receiving calls, dealing with enquiries and responding to customer requests.
- Dealing with customer policy renewals.
- Providing insurance quotes for personal lines products (car, home, travel).
- Office administration duties, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist other team members when required.
- Previous insurance industry experience (preferable personal lines).
- A confident communicator.
- Good administration and IT skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Based in Worcester.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 12pm.
£18,000 - £25,000 annual salary dependant on experience.
