A specialist manufacturing and stockholding business supplying into the Nuclear, Defence, Telecoms and General Engineering sectors. Part of an expanding group operating in the UK and Europe.
Internal Account Manager - a role where you can develop and grow.

Based in Redditch, you will work within a dedicated sales team with scope to develop your skills and gain exposure in strategic account management and business development.
You will be given a portfolio of accounts to manage
Obtaining and dealing with enquiries from customers in a global marketplace.
Identify and produce a programme of sales calls for new and existing customers
Build a positive relationship with customers to identify their needs and improve customer purchase frequency
Accurately processing sales orders into the bespoke computer system & issuing associated documentation.
Source and place material purchase orders to satisfy customer needs
Liaise and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate job costings and lead times are provided to each customer for each enquiry & order.
Maintain and update CRM systems
Experience of or interest in engineering and/or estimating would be advantageous
Previous experience in a customer focussed sales environment would be beneficial although not essential
Organised, reliable and IT literate - a working knowledge of Excel and Word as minimum, full training given on our bespoke computer systems
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Salary dependent upon experience
