A specialist manufacturing business supplying into the Nuclear, Defence, Telecoms and General Engineering sectors. Part of an expanding group operating in the UK and Europe.
Internal Account Manager - a role where you can develop and grow.

Based in Redditch, you will work within a dedicated sales team with scope to develop your skills and gain exposure in strategic account management and business development.
*You will be given a portfolio of accounts to manage
*Obtaining and dealing with enquiries from customers in a global marketplace.
*Identify and produce a programme of sales calls for new and existing customers.
*Build a positive relationship with customers to identify their needs and improve customer purchase frequency.
*Accurately processing sales orders into the bespoke computer system & issuing associated documentation.
*Source and place material purchase orders to satisfy customer needs.
*Liaise and work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate job costings and lead times are provided to each customer for each enquiry & order.
*Maintain and update CRM systems.
*Experience of or interest in engineering and/or estimating would be advantageous.
*Previous experience in a customer focussed sales environment would be beneficial although not essential.
*Organised, reliable and IT literate - a working knowledge of Excel and Word as minimum, full training given on our bespoke computer systems.
*Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
*Salary circa £18k - £24k dependent upon experience.
