A really fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established Family run business as an Internal Sales Co-ordinator. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exceptionally experienced team who provide the very best service to their customers. It is a small, dedicated team of 3 and you will benefit from in-house training and guidance.
As Internal sales Co-ordinator, you will focus on dealing with customers by responding to enquiries, converting enquiries into orders, processing the orders and ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the whole process, right up until the order is despatched and delivered.
Providing a first class service to customers, mainly by telephone and email.
To increase sales through the conversion of incoming phone and email sales enquiries.
To complete quotation enquiries and return in the agreed timescale, ensuring good communication throughout the process.
Working with existing and new customers, building strong and sustainable relationships.
To develop a good understanding of products and processes, offering advice and support to customers.
Order processing - input and scheduling of sales orders via CRM software.
Previous & recent experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service & communication skills.
Ability to manage your own workload.
Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Confident telephone manner.
Basic Salary £20,000 - £25,000.
28 days Holiday.
On site parking.
Location: Hartlebury, Worcestershire.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
