Are you looking for an Invoicing Administrator role where:

* You will work in and established , dynamic and growing organisation
* You will be part of a small and supportive finance team
* Have responsibility for the invoicing of capital and recurring charges for all Group companies

As a successful Invoicing Administrator you will be required to:

* Raise invoices for capital items such as project services, initial software and hardware charges and other intermittent billing streams
* Maintain transaction records and obtain invoicing information on a monthly basis
* Adjust customers' recurring billing and answer customer queries.
* Prepare customer credit notes
* Ensure correct amounts are entered for collection on Direct Debit runs

To be considered for this Invoicing Administrator role you must:

* Be numerate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Word and Outlook

* Have previous experience processing invoices or processing a high volume of spreadsheets
* Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, telephone and face to face)

Based in Worcester and with a salary of up to £19.5K.
