Are you looking for an Invoicing Administrator role where:

*You will work in and established , dynamic and growing organisation
*You will be part of a small and supportive finance team
*Have responsibility for the invoicing of capital and recurring charges for all Group companies

As a successful Invoicing Administrator you will be required to:

*Raise invoices for capital items such as project services, initial software and hardware charges and other intermittent billing streams
*Maintain transaction records and obtain invoicing information on a monthly basis
*Adjust customers' recurring billing.
*Answer customer queries on both recurring and capital charges
*Prepare customer credit notes for capital or recurring charges as a result of account amendments
*Review "quality reports" and support billing/order book reconciliation
*Ensure correct amounts are entered for collection on Direct Debit runs

To be considered for this Invoicing Administrator role you must:

*Be numerate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Word and Outlook

*Have previous experience processing invoices or processing a high volume of spreadsheets
*Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
*Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, telephone and face to face)
*Work well as a team member
*Be methodical and organised

Based in Worcester This is role is 9-5:30 Monday-Friday and offers free on-site parking along with other benefits. Salary £TBA
