Are you available immediately? Is your background in i.T Support? Our Worcester based client are looking for someone to be the primary contact for IT Support on a temporary basis.
I.T Support - £12 per hour - Worcester
Your responsibilities as I.T Support will be would be as follows:
- Monitor, log and escalate calls logged on the service desk
- Active Directory Management - WEEE, Assets, Licences etc.
- Email systems administration
- Office 365 administration
- Monitor Infrastructure environment utilising tools and report and resolve incidents
- Use and support users via remote access software
- Management of Anti-Virus software, anti-spam consoles.
- Deliver excellence, including the highest levels of customer service and service delivery.
The pay rate is £12 - £13 per hour.
To be successful in this 1st Line Support Advisor role you should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line I.T Support Role
- Experience of resolving customer issues in a help desk environment
