IT Support Technician - £25,000 to £30,000 DOE

My client are an exciting digital company based in Kidderminster looking for an IT Support Technician who has good knowledge of Azure and Cloud based systems. My client are looking for someone with a real passion for IT and technology.

Your daily responsibilities an IT Support Technician will include the following:

Working as a Microsoft Azure Administrator

- To provide technical support, advice, assistance to customers/clients from start-ups to multinational companies.
- Windows Server
- Knowledge of Virtulisation
- Windows Operating Systems
- Networking - LAN/WAN and Firewalls
- Sage Products
- Any bespoke and third party software that you will receive training on
- Diagnose, upgrade and, or repair PC hardware.
- To prepare and update documents, templates and forms as required.

To be successful in this IT Support Technician opportunity you should have the following experience:

- At least 2 years' experience working in a similar role
- 1st/2nd line technical support
- Windows Operating Systems
- Understanding Networking
- Understanding Active Directory.
- PC hardware support / maintenance

Good knowledge of Azure
