Are you an experienced Javascript developer with a motivation to lead a team of developers? This Gloucester based company is an established Software company in the Education sector and is looking to expand their team. They are looking for a strong leader, who has a hands-on approach, to head up their development team

This is a hybrid based Lead Developer position, for someone based near enough to Gloucester to be able to commute to the office for their allocated office days.

Lead Developer Responsibilities:

• Lead the Development team through new and existing projects to ensure deadlines are met.

• Using your Javascript experience to train and mentor members of your team to enhance employee development.

• Communicate with Technical and Non-Technical business stakeholders.

Lead Developer Requirements:

• Strong Fullstack Javascript experience
• Experience and strong understanding of AWS experience
• Experience working within Agile frameworks
• 5+ years commercial experience within a technical role
• 2+ years in technical leadership
• Experience architecting and supporting PaaS/SaaS platforms

• Strong team player
• Resilient
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and self-development

Hours of work are 9am-5pm and salary is £65-85K commensurate with experience.
