Learning Technologist

Learning Technologist:

Hewett Recruitment are currently working with a further education institute in Gloucestershire who are looking for a learning technologist. You will be developing and maintaining e-learning platforms and supporting all staff with the delivery of these technologies. The role will involve working with colleagues to support the college in the implementation of digital and blended learning strategy. This is to ensure the effective use of learning technology and enhance teaching.

Learning Technologist responsibilities:

• To work with the Blended Learning Manager and all colleagues to promote the most efficient blended learning and digital technology across the college
• To provide support to staff in learning technologies including Moodle, Mahara and Turnitin
• To deliver one to one workshops and training to staff

The successful Learning Technologist have an education background and be familiar with Moodle, Microsoft Teams, Mahara and Turnitin. As you will be working in an education environment, a DBS enhanced is preferred.
