Rotating Shift Pattern: 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6

As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for leading a manufacturing production area and to ensure that KPI's are met by keeping downtime to a minimum.

Machine Minder Responsibilities:
- To fault find and problem solve to ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
- To monitor process to achieve zero waste of materials
- To communicate effectively with the Operators and Shift Leaders
- To maintain a hazard free and clean working environment
- To carry out quality checks from incoming materials to final production

Machine Minder Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Able to demonstrate strong fault finding and problem solving
- Continuous improvement / lean Manufacturing background
- Team Player
