🕒 Hours: 7am-3.30pm Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Box Packing Machine Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production operative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating box packing machinery.
• Monitoring machine performance to ensure smooth production runs.
• Packing finished products to specification and quality standards.
• Carrying out routine machine checks and reporting any faults.
• Ensuring production targets are achieved.
• Maintaining accurate production records where required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience operating packing, packaging, or production machinery.
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
